Pakistan announced a 15-man squad for the domestic T20I series against Bangladesh starting on Saturday from Wednesday.
According to a media release by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the team was finalized keeping in mind the performance of the players in the training camp held at Muridke on Tuesday. "Recently the core of the squad representing Pakistan has also been retained."
The women's team's chief selector, Uroz Mumtaz, said a bilateral bilateral series was expected.
“We look forward to hosting the Bangladesh team and an exciting series. This is the first international assignment for the team since the South Africa tour (which happened) in June. The team is a good mix of experience and young exciting players, ”he was quoted by PCB.

He said that the side will try to show solid performance by playing positive and aggressive cricket.
"The primary focus will be on winning as it will build confidence within the group, this is important for us as we will be participating in a busy international schedule over the next six months."
The chief selector said that the emerging players would be given full opportunity to prove their mettle.
Bangladesh's limited-overs tour of Pakistan begins with a three-match T20I series in Lahore, with the opening to be played on 26 October. The remaining two games will be played on 28 and 30 October respectively.
