It is celebrated throughout from September 1 to September 7. Every person should spend a healthy life and deserve a better living too. It’s not just food that matters for a healthy lifestyle of a person, one also needs to do some physical activities and tasks in order to an optimum and healthy life.
Currently, Malnutrition is a very huge concern in India right now. Many people are not even aware of the basic nutrients that require to lead a healthy life for a human being or any other living beings. Therefore, it is a moral duty of the person who has knowledge about nutrition to share it with their fellow people. The government has conducted many seminars and educationals camps related to the essential nutrients for a human body to enlighten the child and Indian citizens too. It should be a right for every newborn child to have a healthy upbringing.
Themes of the National Nutrition Week 2020
This entire week is dedicated to informing those people who have not enough knowledge of the nutrients essential for a human body. For the proper growth of a human body, it is important to treat it with all the necessary nutrients, so it important to spread awareness about such stuff as much as possible. For the past several years, the government is making some efforts in the form of different themes that attract the people and also make them knowledgeable about the importance of nutrients in the human body. In previous years, the government has proposed various themes for National Nutrition Week.
